• Partners can post property requirements.
• Partners can directly connect with property owners.

4. Property Listings & Requirements

• All listings and requirements must be genuine and accurate.
• Fake, misleading or duplicate posts are strictly prohibited.
• Partners are responsible for verifying ownership and availability.

5. Direct Owner Connection

Partners can directly communicate and connect with property owners through the platform. All discussions, negotiations and agreements are between the partner and the owner only.

6. Payments & Transactions

• Crewzo does not collect or process any payments.
• Any payment, deposit or commission is strictly between partner and owner.
• We are not involved in any financial transaction.

7. No Liability

Crewzo is not responsible for fraud, misrepresentation, property disputes, financial loss, or legal issues between users.

Users must verify all information before entering into any deal.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Posting fake or misleading properties
• Posting illegal or inappropriate content
• Using the platform for scam or fraud

9. Privacy

Your data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. Your contact details may be shared with property owners for communication.

10. Changes to Terms

Crewzo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
